Special procedure for Heineken staff and affiliate partners

Employees of Heineken and it's subsidairies receive a 25% discount on all purchases.

Next to this, no online payment is required, the order will be invoiced to a valid Heineken Costcenter. Please choose the Costcenter option at the end of the ordering process and fill out your Costcenter or Purchase Order Number in the box.

Please also be aware that the prices on the website include 19% VAT. The 25% discount and eventually the VAT when not applicable, will be deducted on the invoice that you will receive.

How do I sign up as a Heineken user?

After creating an account on the website, your input will be checked with the Heineken Adress Book. Next time you logon, you will be recognised by our system as a Heineken user. From that moment, the Costcenter option will be visible when checking out your order. The invoice will be sent to you via Financial Services to the costcenter you provided. It is also possible to use another persons costcenter when you include that persons name and department.

Receiving digital files

Heineken Collection is reluctant in distributing digital files. However it is possible to receive high- or low-res files for specific reasons. Please email your request to collection@heineken.com including the following information:

  • requested files (all images are marked with an HC-xxx number)
  • size in mm
  • high-res or low-res
  • file-format
  • purpose of use


The handling fee for receiving digital files is € 20,- per file.

A company domain email address is required.
